About EaseOps
EaseOps is developed by Moonwyre Software Private Limited, based in Bangalore. We built the platform after observing how mid-size Indian hospitals run their daily operations: on phone calls, WhatsApp group chats, paper registers, and people's memory — and then scramble to assemble evidence before every NABH or JCI assessment.
Our belief is that compliance shouldn't be a documentation exercise before an audit. It should be the automatic output of AI-run daily operations. So we built AI into almost every module — voice logging, accreditation prep, smart suggestions, and semantic document search — and put the whole platform on WhatsApp, where hospital staff already are.
Today, 60+ hospitals across India use EaseOps for daily rounds, incident management, quality indicators, SOP control, asset tracking, patient feedback, and NABH accreditation preparation.
EaseOps is an official NABH Digital Mitra
The NABH Digital Mitra credential is awarded to platforms that genuinely implement NABH's digital accreditation requirements — not just digitize paperwork. EaseOps runs the workflows NABH now expects: digital rounds, incident reporting, quality indicators, SOP control, and drill records, all connected and automatically documented.
