About EaseOps
EaseOps is developed by Moonwyre Software Private Limited, based in Bangalore. We built the platform after observing how mid-size Indian hospitals run their daily operations: on phone calls, WhatsApp group chats, paper registers, and people's memory — and then scramble to assemble evidence before every NABH or JCI assessment.
Our belief is that compliance shouldn't be a documentation exercise before an audit. It should be the automatic output of AI-run daily operations. So we built AI into almost every module — voice logging, accreditation prep, smart suggestions, and semantic document search — and put the whole platform on WhatsApp, where hospital staff already are.
Today, 60+ locations across India use EaseOps for daily rounds, incident management, quality indicators, SOP control, asset tracking, patient feedback, and NABH accreditation preparation.
EaseOps is an official NABH Digital Mitra
The NABH Digital Mitra credential is awarded to platforms that genuinely implement NABH's digital accreditation requirements — not just digitize paperwork. EaseOps runs the workflows NABH now expects: digital rounds, incident reporting, quality indicators, SOP control, and drill records, all connected and automatically documented.
Who writes our guides
Pramod Kumar — Founder & CEO
Pramod founded EaseOps and writes the NABH and hospital-operations guides published in Learn — the accreditation guide, the cost breakdown, the documentation checklist, and the non-conformity reference. He holds an M.Tech from IIT Bombay, and works from Bengaluru.
The guides come out of the same work as the product: sitting with quality managers, nursing superintendents and administrators in mid-size Indian hospitals as they prepare for assessment. Where a guide describes what goes wrong in an assessment, it is usually because we watched it go wrong.
How we write them
Every guide names its sources and carries the date it was last reviewed. Where a figure comes from NABH — fee schedules, standards structure, assessment process — we link to nabh.co rather than restate it, because those figures are revised and a number copied into an article goes stale silently.
Where we describe what hospitals experience, we say so plainly and do not present it as a study. Where we compare EaseOps to another platform, we describe what that platform does well. If you find something on this site that is wrong or out of date, write to enquiry@easeops.io and we will correct it and note the revision.
